The PCAOB organization
The PCAOB (public company accounting oversight board) is an organization founded during the Sarbanes Oxley act of 2002 in the United States.
According to the act an accounting firm which is not approved by the PCAOB is not permitted to perform any auditing work to companies whose securities have been offered to the public and are listed for trade.
After an extensive and in depth investigation the PCAOB organization found that our firm meets the highest standards required in order to perform the auditing and submitting of these companies' reports.
